CB-10 key features
- Made to the CB-10 pattern for the Fujikura CT-60: the disc the cleaver's motorised rotation and Bluetooth blade management turn, count and judge
- Approx. 60,000 fiber cleaves per blade — the CT-60 blade system's rated life
- No blade height routine on this cleaver: the CT-60 works through an expanded set of positions instead, and this blade is made for that system
- User-replaceable in the field — the CT-60 was designed so the crew changes the blade itself, no service center, no adjustment visit
- For single and ribbon work alike: the CT-60 cleaves single fibers and ribbons up to 16 fibers, and the blade serves both

How It Works — the blade the splicer keeps an eye on
The CT-60 manages its blade actively: linked to a compatible Fujikura splicer, it tracks cleave count and cleave quality and motors the blade to a fresh position on its own. That only works if the disc in the cleaver is the pattern the mechanism expects — the CB-10's disc, hub and markings are what the rotation system reads and turns. Fitted with the right blade, the cleaver keeps its average cleave angle through the blade's whole service life of approx. 60,000 fiber cleaves.
When the last position is spent, the swap is a field job by design: the CT-60's blade is a user-replaceable part, changed in minutes with the new count starting from zero. Fleets running CT-60s keep a CB-10 in the case the same way they keep a spare battery.
Compatibility note: this is an aftermarket replacement blade made to the CB-10 pattern. It is not an original Fujikura part. Fujikura and CT-60 are trademarks of Fujikura Ltd.; the names are used only to identify the cleaver this blade fits.
